Asuna Yuuki (結城明日奈, Yūki Asuna) is a skilled former Sword Art Online player and current ALfheim Online player and high school student. She became known in SAO because of her skills with rapiers, earning the title of Flash and Lightning Sword. She also held the role of sub-leader of the Knights of the Blood Oath guild until the game was completed. Asuna is a young, kind and helpful woman who cannot abandon someone in trouble. At first, she was obsessed with completing SAO, seeing each day in Aincrad as a day lost in the real world. Asuna is also somewhat prideful, and despite her kind personality, she will not hesitate to gain respect from those who challenge her authority or make fun of her skills, such as cooking.
